Escape of Notions

Yesterday, despite the bad back, I made it through the grocery store.  I bought some V8 juice.  It is SO good.  I love fresh fruits, and vegetables, and the V8 was a quick "wake me up" this morning.   Normally, I buy Mr. T Bloody Mary mix because it has a kick that V8 doesn't have, but I couldn't find it., and spicy V8 just doesn't taste the same.

I also bought some fruit for a fruit salad, and a bunch of different varieties of lettuce for a huge salad.  I guess I'll try that flat belly diet again, hoping it works this time.  Who knows; sometimes I think weight loss is a futile attempt, but I gotta do something.

Well, so much for the post; guess I'm done.  Not much to say; just hope the back loosens up soon.
